Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Supply Chain is seeking a Fulfillment Running the Business Manager (Level K) to join our 787 Fulfillment team in North Charleston, South Carolina
You will lead a team of manufacturing operations and supply chain analysts & production coordinators supporting the 787 Fulfillment program. Own standards, business performance, resourcing, processes, and integration across the site, driving process improvements and operational consistency.

Position Responsibilities:
Lead operations and performance management for standards, resources, processes, and integration
Develop and implement integrated business plans and operational strategies
Monitor KPIs for cost, schedule, quality, and productivity
Manage staffing, resource planning, and organizational capacity
Drive continuous improvement and Boeing Production System initiatives
Support executive leadership with metrics, reporting, and strategic decision-making
Lead change management and organizational transformation efforts
Ensure compliance with management systems, policies, and procedures
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Finance
Lead a team responsible for fastener inventory, replenishment, and distribution;
Ensure production schedules and delivery commitments
Partner with Manufacturing, Fulfillment, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, and suppliers to resolve shortages
Monitor inventory to minimize stockouts and excess; develop recovery plans for critical shortages
Analyze demand trends and improve forecasting accuracy
Drive Lean-based continuous improvement and root-cause resolution
Ensure compliance with Boeing quality and regulatory standards
Track and report KPIs, including fulfillment performance and rate readiness; lead daily/weekly reviews with Boeing and GXO
Develop staff through coaching, performance management, and career growth
Support strategic planning and operational execution for leadership

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course 'Exploring Leadership'
5+ years of experience in materials management or supply chain
3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
3+ years of experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher
3+ years of experience leading teams
5+ years of experience leading critical projects
Experience coaching and training others
Experience with the following systems (or industry equivalent): Kit Integration and Tracking System (KITS), E-Enabled Tracking and Communication (eTRAC), Order Manager (GXO Warehouse Management System)
Experience with safety and quality processes
