Ensures accurate fulfillment order processing by performing the primary duties of this position. Verifies quantity, quality, labeling of products while preparing order for shipment. Distributes material, tools, equipment, and products within establishments by performing the following duties.

Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Reads customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
  • Conveys materials and items from inventory to designated areas.
  • Fills work orders, or requests for materials, or other stock items and distributes items to production workers or assembly line.
  • Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets/shelves, and/or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.
  • Marks materials with identifying information.
  • Counts, weighs, measures, or examines packaging and contents of items for conformance to company specifications.
  • Compares items packed with customer's order and other identifying data.
  • Pack and wrap shipments to conform to specifications.
  • Affixes packing slips on packages.
  • Uses computer to enter records.
  • Contribute to safety goals by maintaining a clean, clutter-free workplace, report potentially unsafe conditions and ensure that the department meets and exceeds safety requirements.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards by completing work in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work overtime as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), four plus years of relevant industry experience or 520 hours as an Imagine temporary employee along with manager’s approval to hire full-time.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION

  • One plus years of experience working in printing, manufacturing, distribution and/or fulfilment.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Basic computer skills including email, basic mouse, keyboard, and menu navigation.
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and measurement.
  • Ability to communicate/understand basic written and verbal instructions.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Frequent reaching, bending, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and stooping.
  • Frequent standing for prolonged periods of time.
  • Frequent walking.
  • Ability to lift, pull, push up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to visually inspect all work for defects.
  • Manual dexterity for repetitive work.
