More about the role

Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Manager Consumer AMEA, the Fulfillment Planner is responsible for managing replenishment and fulfillment activities across Signify’s Consumer business portfolio in the Pacific region, ensuring the timely availability and delivery of products to customers. The role partners closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and regional teams to optimize inventory levels, support forecast accuracy, and drive operational efficiency across the supply chain.

In addition, you will:

  • Manage replenishment and fulfillment processes to ensure product availability and on-time delivery across the Consumer portfolio in the Pacific region.
  • Develop and maintain the 18-month rolling baseline forecast, including historical data corrections and forecast updates.
  • Maintain planning master data and parameters in line with regional supply chain guidelines.
  • Release and manage purchase orders in line with the supply plan, monitoring supplier confirmations and delivery timelines.
  • Own the MTS/MTO purchase order fulfillment cycle from requisition through to product availability at customer-facing locations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, availability outlook, and inventory quality, escalating risks and driving corrective actions where required.
  • Partner with internal and external suppliers to resolve supply issues and improve service performance.
  • Identify and communicate supply risks, opportunities, and changes impacting the business to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support new product introductions and phase-in/phase-out activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyse fulfillment and replenishment performance and recommend process improvements, cost efficiencies, and service enhancements.
  • Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across sales, commercial, customer service, and supply chain functions.

More about you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, fulfillment, logistics, or inventory management.
  • Experience in demand forecasting, supplier collaboration, and inventory planning within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills across cross-functional and regional teams.
  • Experience working with ERP/planning systems and advanced Excel skills preferred.
