Job Description

Drives the overall process of Service & Repair from receipt to completion (ship or scrap). Coordinating the workflow of service probes from receipt to completion using Oracle, eDHR, Excel, Smartsheet and multiple CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update/maintain appropriate spreadsheets

  • Create and process service cases in Oracle

  • Create and process service cases in eDHR

  • Receive and process service cases in appropriate CRM

  • Create rough drafts of RMA and Repair reports

  • Cleaning and packaging of service probes

  • Data entry and other general clerical duties

  • Comply with EHS & Quality System regulations and policies

  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned


Job Requirements

  • High school Diploma or local equivalent/GED

  • Minimum 1 year Manufacturing or clerical experience

  • Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak in local language (English)

  • Ability to communicate well and work with others

  • Ability to interface with global service regions in a professional business manner on the phone and through e-mail

  • Strong computer skills
