WhatYou’llDo
Lead a teamof associatesfor efficient fulfillment operations.
Conduct interviews, coaching, and training toidentifyand develop talent
Providedirectionto align associates withdailyoperational goals.
Foster accountabilitywhile creating a healthy and positive working environment.
Develop and execute operational planstooptimizesite throughput and meet budget targets.
Coordinate staffing and resources for daily operations and special projects.
Encourage cross-shift collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement
Oversee team performance, safety, quality, and productivity.
Ensure compliance with pertinent Federal, state, and local regulations including OSHA, CDL, DOT, and MHE within supply chain site.
Proactivelyidentifyhealth and safety risks, swiftly implementing resolutions, and providing coaching or training oncutting-edgebest practices.
WhatYou’llNeed
1-3 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution segments preferred.
1-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Experience with Korber or related WMSsoftwarea plus
Valid state-issued driver's licenserequiredand any other license(s) (as required by federal, state, and local laws)tooperatea company vehicle; must pass a Motor Vehicle Records check (MVR).
Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries, prioritizing quality, business partnerships, and customer outcomes.
People-first mentality with a solution-oriented approach.
