Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions

1. Follows special instructions regarding the inspecting, receiving and labelling of product based on the customer requirements for daily returns.
2. Verifies the accuracy of product count and product information against receiving documents and checks product for damages.
3. Handle packages up to 50 pounds.
4. Completes daily task paperwork accurately and entirely.
5. Operate equipment including dollies, carts, stock chaser, and forklift.
6. Maintain excellent working relationships with customers by researching and responding to all inquiries and issues concerning customer returns in a courteous, professional and efficient manner.

Marginal Functions:

1. Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times and streamline work processes
2. Operate material handling equipment as required to complete job functions. 3. Maintain accurate inventory through regular receiving and put away processes.
3. Trains new employees on standard operating procedures.
4. Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
5. Strive for continuous process improvement

Job Specifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Prefer prior Returns Process experience
3. Able to follow specific instructions thoroughly and accurately and provide instructions to other associates as needed
4. Ability to understand, follow, and enforce company policies and procedures 5. Ability to reach, bend, climb and lift up to 50lbs safely as needed
5. Good hand/eye coordination and motor skills
6. Able to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed due to customer demand
