Shift: Monday - Friday, 10am - 6:30pm
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate as a key team player to exceed production quotas while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance in cannabis fulfillment.
- Bring a hungry, innovative mindset to optimize processes and elevate efficiency in a dynamic, cannabis-focused warehouse.
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a passion for the cannabis industry while tackling physically demanding tasks.
- Communicate effectively and adapt to evolving priorities with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
What You’ll Bring
- Pick, pack, and label cannabis orders with precision, speed, and creative problem-solving to meet strict quality and regulatory standards.
- Master cutting-edge inventory systems and databases, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance with cannabis industry regulations.
- Drive innovation by identifying process improvements to boost productivity, from packaging to inventory management, without compromising quality.
- Maintain a clean, compliant, and organized workspace, adhering to cannabis-specific regulatory requirements and championing team-driven solutions.
- Stay flexible to meet unexpected deadlines, including overtime, in a fast-paced, ever-evolving cannabis production environment.
Physical Stuff
- Showcase manual dexterity and stamina for repetitive tasks, ensuring consistent precision in handling cannabis products.
- Adapt to state-of-the-art cannabis processing tools and equipment, mastering new technologies with ease.
- Handle lifting, bending, reaching, and twisting, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. while maintaining safety standards.
- Stay energized on your feet for 75% of the day, bringing relentless focus to a high-energy fulfillment environment.
