長年の主力である東芝、東芝キヤリアブランドでの展開に加え、Carrier日本法人として近年ではCarrierブランドでの製品・ソリューションを提供。遠隔監視やサービス事業でのブランドを導入し、マルチブランド展開を推進しています。日本キヤリアは、家庭用から業務用・産業用に至るまで、空調機器および関連サービスを幅広く提供しています。

富士事業所では、店舗用、ビル用空調機、冷凍機器、それらの心臓部であるコンプレッサ（圧縮機）の製造を行っており、製造の責任者として安全・品質・生産の全般管理及び改善の指揮を取って頂くことと、富士事業所全体(技術及び他部門含む)の責任者が役割となっております。

＜職務概要＞

経験豊富な製造オペレーションチームおよび生産リーダーを率い、工場全体の安全・品質・生産性の最大化を担います。中長期的視点に基づき目標および運営指針を策定し、生産計画・工程管理・技術革新を通じて、競争力のある生産体制を構築・推進します。

＜業務内容＞

• 工場全体の安全・品質・生産性を統括し、組織運営を主導

• 生産管理、設備保全、品質管理、労務管理など、製造現場に関わる主要領域の管理最適化

• 工場損益管理(KPI 管理)及びコスト削減、工程改善などの推進

• 従業員の育成・評価を含む組織マネジメントおよびリーダーシップの発揮

• 工場の中期・長期計画の策定および経営層との連携

• 顧客との連携を通じたニーズ把握とサービス品質の向上

• コンプライアンス遵守および安全衛生・環境法規への対応

＜必須要件＞

・　　 製造業における管理職経験（複数部門を横断したマネジメント経験）

• 安全・品質・生産性向上に関する改善活動の実績

• 5S、リーン生産方式等の知識および実践経験、データドリブンに基づく意思決定と継続的改善の推進力

• 高いリーダーシップおよびコミュニケーション能力

• 組織全体を統合し、目標達成に向けて統率する高い組織マネジメント力

• 法令・規格・社内ルールの遵守および適切なリスク管理能力

＜歓迎要件＞

• 工場長またはそれに準ずるマネジメント経験

• 英語力：業務対応可能、またはTOEIC 730点以上相当

• 海外での業務経験またはグローバル環境での就業経験

<About the Department>

In addition to our long-established core business under the Toshiba and Toshiba Carrier brands, as the Japanese subsidiary of Carrier, we have recently been offering products and solutions under the Carrier brand. We are promoting a multi-brand strategy by introducing brands in remote monitoring and service businesses. Nippon Carrier offers a wide range of air-conditioning equipment and related services, from residential to commercial and industrial use.

At the Fuji site, we manufacture equipment for stores, air-conditioning units for buildings, refrigeration equipment, and compressors, which are the heart of these products, and as the person responsible for manufacturing, you will be expected to oversee safety, quality, and production management as well as lead improvements; your role will also be to serve as the person responsible for the entire Fuji site, including engineering and other departments.

<Overview of Duties>

You will lead an experienced manufacturing operations team and production leaders, and be responsible for maximizing safety, quality, and productivity across the entire factory. Based on a medium- to long-term perspective, you will formulate goals and operating guidelines, and build and promote a competitive production system through production planning, process management, and technological innovation.

<Job Description>

• Overall responsibility for the factory’s safety, quality, and productivity, and leading organizational operations

• Optimization of management in key areas related to manufacturing operations, such as production control, equipment maintenance, quality control, and labor management

• Promotion of factory profitability management (KPI management), cost reduction, and process improvement

• Organizational management and leadership, including employee development and evaluation

• Formulation of the factory’s medium- to long-term plans and coordination with management

• Identifying needs through collaboration with customers and improving service quality

• Compliance with regulations and response to occupational safety and health and environmental laws

<Mandatory Requirements>

Management experience in manufacturing (management experience across multiple departments)

• Track record of improvement activities related to safety, quality, and productivity enhancement

• Knowledge of and hands-on experience with 5S, lean manufacturing, etc., and the ability to promote data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Strong organizational management skills to integrate the entire organization and lead it toward achieving goals

• Ability to comply with laws, regulations, company rules, and to manage risks appropriately

<Desired qualifications>

• Experience as a plant manager or in an equivalent management role

• English proficiency: capable of handling 업무, or equivalent to TOEIC score of 730 or above

• Work experience overseas or work experience in a global environment
