
Estimator II is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects. This mid-level role involves analyzing project documents, identifying cost risks, soliciting subcontractor and supplier bids, and collaborating with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that estimates align with company goals and client expectations.
