ROLE:
​FUEL STATION SUPERVISOR(Ganmo, Ilorin)

Location:
Ganmo, Ilorin

• 
  Oversee and evaluate the performance of pump attendants.
• 
  Ensure overall compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• 
  Approve and review financial reconciliations and QuickBooks entries submitted.
• 
  Maintain inventory controls of materials, items and products
• 
  Responsible for effective customer service and relationship management
• 
  Enforce personnel discipline such has attendance and punctuality, workplace conduct, etc.
• 
  Interface with various vendors to effect repairs, replacement and functionality of all equipment
• 
  Ensure long-term maintenance planning and asset management across the station.
• 
  Drive customer service excellence and brand reputation.
• 
  Ensure safety culture is embedded across all station operations.
• 
  Lead periodic audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
• 
  Align station operations with company’s culture, values and long-term objectives.

Requirements

• 
  Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (B.Sc./HND) in any relevant discipline
• 
  Experience: 2–3 years in a supervisory or similar role
• 
  Skills/Competencies: Supervisory skills, communication, organizational ability, attention to detail, customer service orientation, proficient in the use of ERP
