As a Fuel Logistics Specialist, you will sit at the core of World Fuel’s global aviation operation. The Global Fuel Logistics team is one of our strongest competitive advantages—combining customer service, sales support, and operational coordination for our worldwide customer base.
This fast-paced role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy problem-solving, and excel at supporting customers with professionalism and urgency.
In this role, you will manage a wide range of activities, including:
1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, operations coordination, or a fast‑paced administrative role (aviation experience preferred).
A proactive, “can-do” customer service mindset
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers globally
Ability to manage a fast-paced workload and prioritise effectively
