Job Title: FTZ Digital Operations Analyst

Job Location: Dallas, Texas

The FTZ Digital Operations Analyst supports Foreign-Trade Zone program performance through technology-enabled operations, data management, compliance reporting, process optimization, and customer program support. This role partners with customers, operations teams, and compliance stakeholders to leverage digital tools, automation, analytics, and inventory control systems to support FTZ activities while improving operational efficiency and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and support FTZ digital operations platforms, inventory control systems, and trade compliance applications.
  • Analyze FTZ transactional data, inventory activity, and reporting outputs to identify exceptions, trends, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Support customer implementations, system onboarding activities, testing, and operational transitions.
  • Configure, validate, and maintain data within FTZ inventory management and customs compliance platforms.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, automated workflows, and performance metrics to support operational decision-making.
  • Participate in digital transformation initiatives, system enhancements, automation projects, and technology deployments.
  • Investigate and resolve data integrity issues, transaction discrepancies, and system-related exceptions.
  • Support annual reporting, reconciliations, audits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to optimize FTZ operational processes.

Qualification:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience supporting trade compliance operations, inventory control systems, logistics technology platforms, customs processes, or related operational environments.
  • Experience with ERP, WMS, FTZ inventory control systems, customs management platforms, or trade compliance software.
  • Strong systems aptitude and ability to translate operational requirements into technology-based solutions.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, data analysis, reconciliations, and dashboard development.
  • Experience with automation tools, workflow technologies, reporting platforms, or AI-enabled business applications.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with FTZ inventory systems, eWMS, FSI, EY Global Trade, ACE, ABI, SAP, Manhattan, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting customer onboarding, system implementations, process improvement, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of customs regulations, FTZ operations, inventory controls, and trade compliance processes.
  • Experience creating operational reporting, KPIs, automated workflows, or business intelligence solutions.

Pay Range: $25.21 - $33.61/hr. (Based on Experience)
