职位描述
该职位主要负责以下事务： 1、独立支持业务团队开展全球专利侵权风险调查（FTO），包括技术方案拆解、防侵权检索、侵权比对、风险评估、风险专利应对策略设计等工作； 2、协助处理专利无效宣告请求的发起及应对，以及相关行政诉讼； 3、参与专利侵权诉讼中的技术调查及检索分析，包括侵权比对分析、无效检索等； 4、协助开展专利风险预警与监控，包括行业专利诉讼动态跟踪、风险专利监控； 5、深度参与AI等创新工具在知识产权场景中的应用与落地，推动检索分析、风险研判及知识管理的智能化升级； 6、跟踪国内外专利侵权相关法律法规、司法解释及典型案例，输出专业洞察与风险建议； 7、面向业务团队开展定制化知识产权培训，提升专利风险意识与合规能力。
职位要求
学历、工作经验及技能要求： 1、国内外知名院校法学专业或理工科本科及以上学历，已通过国家专利代理师资格考试，通过国家统一法律职业资格考试者优先； 2、5年以上知识产权相关工作经验，具备专利审查机构、知名律所或大型科技企业背景，其中至少3年FTO或专利检索分析实务经验； 3、精通专利检索、侵权比对及FTO分析，能够独立负责复杂专利风险项目； 4、具备专利无效、诉讼或汽车相关行业经验者优先； 5、英语可作为工作语言，能与海外团队进行专利与技术沟通； 6、拥有出色的跨职能团队协作精神和项目管理能力，能够高效统筹并推进多个并行项目； 7、认同蔚来真诚、关爱、行动、远见价值观，具有较强的自驱力及沟通协调能力；富有创意，有耐心，敢于挑战自己，乐于成为业务伙伴； 8、坚持原则、诚信正直，有良好的职业道德和职业操守，工作细致、严谨、敬业，工作态度积极乐观，具有良好的责任感、团队协作精神； 9、熟悉AI法律工具，关注AI发展，并愿意拥抱AI带来的变化； 10、工作地点为上海。
