
Qualification:
a) Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or relevant Engineering discipline.
b) Valid safety certifications (HSE Supervisor Training, Confined Space, etc.).
c) CSWIP 3.1 / 3.2 or equivalent (preferred, if NDT/Welding/Structural involvement is high).
d) Offshore/onshore construction safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) are an advantage.
e) Minimum 10 years experience in construction supervision, preferably in oil & gas or subsea projects.
f) Experience with onshore fabrication, welding, hydrotesting, erection, and commissioning of structures like LTEs or ORFs.
g) Experience with subsea pipeline tie-in systems, cable pull-in, piping installation, and civil/structural works.
h) Experience with:
• Subsea infrastructure and LTE/ORF components.
• Structural steelworks, foundations, and concrete works.
• Mechanical erection, piping systems, and pre-commissioning.
• Interface management with other packages (civil, E&I, etc.).
i) Experience with drawings, ITPs, WPS, P&IDs, and method statements.
j) Experience with QA/QC procedures, HSE compliance, and international codes and standards (API, ASME, DNV, etc.).
