AAA Parking is looking for friendly, professional, and service-minded individuals to join our team as a Front Door Supervisor at our Hyatt Regency Atlanta Hotel location.
As the Front Door Supervisor, you will lead the team responsible for creating a polished, welcoming, and efficient arrival and departure experience. You will supervise daily front door operations, coach team members, coordinate with hotel departments, and ensure every guest receives attentive, personalized service from the moment they arrive.

What You’ll Do
Lead Exceptional Guest Service
- Lead by example in providing warm, attentive, and efficient service to every guest.
- Direct and support front door team members throughout the shift to maintain consistent service coverage.
- Promote aggressive hospitality by coaching employees to anticipate guest needs and identify opportunities to exceed expectations.
- Monitor guest interactions and reinforce the appropriate use of guest names and personalized service.
- Ensure doors, luggage assistance, transportation support, directions, and other reasonable guest requests are handled promptly.
- Respond to guest concerns, service breakdowns, and escalated requests with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Remain visible and accessible in the front drive and entrance area, especially during peak arrival and departure periods.
- Maintain composure, accuracy, and a solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain Destination and Hotel Knowledge
- Maintain current knowledge of Atlanta attractions, restaurants, entertainment, shopping, transportation, and points of interest.
- Ensure front door team members can provide accurate directions and informed recommendations.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the hotel’s layout, meeting rooms, amenities, services, parking operations, and guest facilities.
- Communicate relevant hotel activities, special events, VIP arrivals, group movements, and operational changes to the team.
- Ensure only approved taxi, limousine, and transportation providers are used when assisting guests with off-site travel.
Supervise Front Door Operations
- Assign daily positions, breaks, and responsibilities to maintain appropriate coverage and an orderly front drive.
- Conduct shift briefings and communicate priorities, hotel activity, safety concerns, and service expectations.
- Inspect employee appearance, attendance, work areas, and service readiness in accordance with AAA Parking and Loews Atlanta standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the hotel entrance, guest service, luggage, and transportation areas.
- Monitor traffic flow and coordinate with valet, bell, security, and hotel operations during busy periods and special events.
- Document incidents, guest concerns, attendance issues, and operational updates accurately and notify management as required.
- Support onboarding and on-the-job training, provide timely coaching, and recognize strong performance.
- Follow and reinforce company, hotel, cash-handling, key-control, emergency, and safety procedures applicable to the operation.
Coordinate and Support the Team
- Partner with hotel leadership and departments to support a seamless guest arrival and departure experience.
- Coordinate staffing and resources during peak periods, special events, group arrivals, and unexpected operational needs.
- Communicate guest requests and service issues promptly to the appropriate hotel department and confirm follow-through when needed.
- Assist management with scheduling, attendance tracking, shift reports, training, and other operational responsibilities as assigned.
- Perform front door and guest-service duties when necessary to support the team and maintain service standards.

QualificationsQualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional hospitality or leadership education is preferred.
- At least one year of supervisory, lead, or team-training experience in hospitality, valet, guest services, hotel operations, or a related customer-service environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example, coach employees, delegate responsibilities, and maintain accountability.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and guest-recovery skills.
- Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor when interacting with guests, employees, and hotel leadership.
- Strong knowledge of Atlanta attractions, restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and transportation is preferred.
- Ability to remain calm, make timely decisions, and resolve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to complete shift reports, document incidents, and communicate operational information accurately.
- Working knowledge of basic scheduling, attendance, safety, and service-quality practices is preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a polished professional appearance.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, assist with luggage when necessary, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Commitment to proactive, personalized service and aggressive hospitality.
- Ability to follow and enforce company and hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment is a plus.
