Operator undertaking a low complexity role where minimal training is required to fulfill the task(s). E.g. packer, lean ‘spider’ etc. Training role for new operators. Works under very close supervision with a daily focus; no previous experience required.
The role of a Washcoat Operator FTC is to complete a washcoat process operation according to standard operating procedures. Responsible for operating in a safe, productive, and high-quality manner. These duties include producing washcoat in line with batching instructions & specifications. Additionally, they are expected to actively participate in problem solving activities to help the team meet its goals
