Perform troubleshoots and resolve technical problems from the product line/process to minimize reject levels and meet production goals.

Thực hiện khắc phục sự cố và giải quyết các vấn đề kỹ thuật từ dây chuyền / quy trình sản phẩm để giảm thiểu hàng hư và đáp ứng các mục tiêu sản xuất của công ty và phòng ban.

Key Responsibilities/ Trách Nhiệm

• Internalize positive work culture and implement TPM / CIL methodology to ensure consistent machine operating condition and high standard of housekeeping of machine and vicinity.

  Thực hiện các hoạt động TPM/ các phương pháp kiểm soát nhằm duy trì máy móc hoạt động liên tục, ổn định và đảm bảo các tiêu chuẩn yêu cầu của nhà máy sản xuất. cũng như các khu vực liên quan tới máy móc thiết bị Assume leadership role in addressing major process issues related to yield, cost, and quality issues.

• Team up with equipment/process engineer on chronic equipment failure through appropriate trouble-shooting and continuous improvement methodology.

  Hợp tác kết hợp làm việc với bộ phận Eng/ Process giải quyết các lỗi lớn các sự cố máy móc và đưa ra phương án cải tiến liên tục

• Carry out investigation; implement containment and permanent corrective action to reduce/eliminate maverick lots (through teaming effort with equipment/process engineer and supervisors).

  Tiến hành điều tra, thực hiện hành động tạm thời và hành động lâu dài để ngăn chặn và giảm số lượng hàng bất thường thông qua việc hợp tác với Eng/ Process/ Leader/ Suppverisor

• Conform to quality system requirement as spelt out in FMEA, Control plan and TCM. Maintain effective records on equipment logbook on equipment failure, investigation and corrective action taken.

  Tuân thủ yêu cầu hệ thống chất lượng như được nêu trong FMEA, Control Plan và TCM. Duy trì & thưc hiện nghiêm chỉnh về vấn đề Record thiết bị về lỗi thiết bị, điều tra và thực hiện hành động khắc các lỗi xẩy ra trong công đoạn

• Comply with safe work practices

  Tuân thủ các yêu câu an toàn tại khu vực làm việc

• Effectively communicate often and ensure your area is well coordinated within the manufacturing environment.

  Thường xuyên báo cáo công việc và đảm bảo khu vực của bạn được giao, hoạt động tốt trong môi trường sản xuất.

• Any other task assigned by management.

• Able to carry out effective troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical components/equipment.
• Có khả năng xử lý tốt sự cố các linh kiện / thiết bị về phần cơ khí, Điện & Handler
• Able to apply continuous improvement methodology on chronic equipment failure.
• Có khả năng áp dụng các phương pháp cải tiến đối với sự cố thiết bị thường xẩy ra.
• Possess sound knowledge on relevant company policies and regulations.
• Nắm rõ các chính sách và quy định liên quan của công ty.
• Able to work with Operators, supervisors and engineers.
• Có khả năng làm việc tốt với MS, giám sát và Eng
• Able to plan, organize, and execute plan.
• Có khả năng lập kế hoạch, tổ chức, thực hiện kế hoạch.
• Effective teaming building and communication skills

• Able to understand basic drawing and blueprints

• Graduated from college or university in related fields such as mechanical engineering, electronics, automation, industrial electricity, automotive…/
• Trình độ học vấn: Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng hoặc đại học chuyên ngành liên quan: cơ khí, điện tử, tự động hóa, điện công nghiệp, ô tô…
• Technical Skills:
  Technical Knowledge: Understanding the operating principles of related equipment, systems, or software.
  Reading and Interpreting Technical Drawings: Ability to read and understand technical drawings, electrical diagrams, electronic circuits, CAD designs, etc. (if related to the field).
  Using Specialized Tools and Machinery: Proficiency in using specialized tools and machinery for maintenance, repair, and assembly.
  Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of safety practices when working with machinery, chemicals, electricity, etc.
