Save More Marketplace is looking for a Full-Time Overnight Donut Fryer to join our bakery team! In this important overnight role, you will be responsible for preparing and frying fresh, delicious donuts to delight our customers each morning. Responsibilities

• Prepare and fry donuts according to established recipes and procedures.
• Monitor frying times and temperatures to ensure consistency and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the frying area, following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking donut ingredients and supplies.
• Collaborate with the bakery team to meet daily production goals.
• Ensure all equipment is properly operated and cleaned as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation or frying is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work overnight shifts reliably and independently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality and safety standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
