
Home Health Aides – Full Time
1st Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 7 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. (Every Other Weekend)

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
HHA Certification, STNA/CNA preferred but not required
Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation Required
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, skin care, etc.).
Document care provided and report changes in the client’s condition (physical, emotional, or medical) to management.
Take and record vital signs as instructed.
Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
Support mobility through ambulation, range-of-motion exercises, and activity assistance as outlined in the care plan.
Assist with clients with medication reminders.
Maintain a clean and safe environment: change linens, do laundry, provide light housekeeping and pet care assistance.
Ensure all equipment is used safely and all care is provided in compliance with safety standards.
Complete and submit documentation accurately and on time.
