FT Contract Membership Administrator

Location: Thorold, ON

Status: Full-Time Contract

This posting is to fill an existing vacancy.

This role offers an hourly wage range of $20.00 - $22.50.

About the Role

The Membership Administrator provides support to CAA Niagara’s Member Services operations, ensuring all membership matters (escalations, billing, reporting) are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner. This role places an emphasis on the flow of membership processes, always looking for improvements and how to further support our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive management of escalated member concerns/complaints; including, investigation of complaint, ability to review the needs of member and resolving in a fashion that meets needs of member and Company
  • Handle member and other club inquiries, process membership renewals and support membership queue for Membership Support Representatives (MSR’s)
  • Provide administrative and functional support to management
  • Efficiently handle all mail sorting and processing
  • Responsible for billing process (ie. Monthly payments, processing bank deposits, use of bank websites)
  • Provide backup coverage to front line staff in Branches, where required

This is not an exhaustive list and other duties may be assigned as permanent or temporary, where needs are required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong computer literary with proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Strong focus is on member-centric decision making
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adaptable to change
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

Education & Experience

  • 3-5 years Customer Service Experience
  • Basic accounting knowledge
