What You'll Do
Dining Services Aides help ensure residents receive excellent service and enjoy a positive dining experience every day.
Responsibilities include serving meals according to resident preferences and dietary needs, setting and clearing dining room tables, assisting with beverage and snack service, performing dishwashing duties, maintaining clean dining and pantry areas, stocking supplies, and supporting overall kitchen operations.
You'll work closely with residents and fellow team members to provide a warm, welcoming, and hospitality-focused dining experience.
QualificationsWhat You Bring
- Previous customer service, hospitality, restaurant, or food service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and dietary service guidelines
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Must be at least 16 years old (or per applicable state requirements)
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented
