Works with Kitchen Supervisor, Head Cook and Managers in production kitchen, then in schools being served, to ensure efficient production, transport and serving of food at satellite locations. Keeps Hot Food Hot/ Cold Food Cold during entire process. Follows all food safety guidelines and processes.
