Job Purpose and Impact

The Quality Control Inspector is a key member of the quality management team, responsible for monitoring and evaluating production processes and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.

We offer shift work: 7:00–15:00, 15:00–23:00.

Temporary contract (replacement) – fixed term of approximately 2 years.

Location: Słupca

Key Accountabilities

  • Conduct quality inspections at various stages of the production process.
  • Report inspection results and non-conformities and supervise corrective actions.
  • Monitor and educate employees on compliance with HACCP, GMP, GHP and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of quality standards within the company.
  • Participate in internal inspections and audits.
  • Cooperate with other departments.
  • Prepare and conduct sensory evaluation of products.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a production environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across departments.
  • Polish language.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology or a related field will be an asset.
  • Communicative level of English will be an asset.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint and general computer skills.
  • Basic knowledge of quality assurance and food safety.
