Quality Assurance Technician | 3rd Shift (Sun-Thu, 9PM-5:30AM)

We are partnering with a leading high-pressure processing (HPP) company in the food and beverage industry to find a Quality Assurance Technician for their facility. This is a great opportunity to join a team that is focused on food safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Monitoring facility and personnel to ensure compliance with food safety standards and GMPs
• Conducting pre-operational inspections and collecting product samples for analysis
• Tracking and reporting analytical data trends to QA leadership
• Inspecting incoming raw materials and assisting in non-conformance investigations
• Supporting third-party audits and regulatory agency visits
• Implementing and managing food safety corrective actions
• Assisting in maintaining SOPs and food safety documentation
• Training production staff on GMPs, hazard analysis, and risk preventive controls

What You Will Need:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and problem solve
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Prior QA or food manufacturing experience preferred
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and GMPs a plus

Working Conditions:

This role is performed in a cold, refrigerated environment (around 35 degrees F). Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs and push/pull up to 250 lbs on rollers occasionally.
