The FSQA Supervisor oversees daily food safety and quality operations to ensure the consistent production of safe, wholesome, and high‑quality products that meet regulatory, customer, and company standards. This role supervises FSQA technicians, leads verification and monitoring activities, supports regulatory and third‑party audits, and serves as backup to the FSQA Manager. The FSQA Supervisor is a key driver of compliance, continuous improvement, and cross‑functional communication.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
BS Food Technology, Food Science, Biology or Engineering (preferred)
Five years of Quality Management in the food industry.
Completed HACCP and PCQI training.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and effective problem-solving.
Capable of accurate measurement using lab instruments.
Time management and self-motivation for continuous improvement.
Compensation:
Base Pay Range:
$61,500.00 - $102,500.00
Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity. Please keep in mind that we consider internal pay equity and hiring at the maximum of the salary range uncommon. Total pay may include other forms of compensation including short-term incentive bonus.
