Job Description

To ensure compliance in Warehouse, External Manufacturer, Supplier quality processes

To ensure that all approval/audit schedules in the portfolio are up to date based on risk assessments.

To ensure that risk reduction / cost reduction programs are implemented and effective.

Ensure all Warehouse, External Manufacturer, Supplier have been assessed against Essential Requirements and drive to 100% compliance with stakeholders

To help identify, support and develop key quality strategies based on the Global SCQM&EM Playbook for homologation of new external manufactures for innovation projects.

Management of warehouse inspection results, review and validation of procedures, instructions and certifications

Development and implementation of training for all areas involved in storage processes with a focus on developing technical skills related to quality.

Expertise in the management of critical issues and emergencies related to crisis management, carrying out traceability and recall simulations.

To manage and resolve FSQ issues in Warehouse, External Manufacturer, Supplier in the portfolio of responsibility.

Consolidation of results and generation of indicators for reporting to senior management and participation in results meetings.

To perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz FSQ, Environmental, Health & Safety and Ethical & Human Resource Policies, programs and goals.

Participation and monitoring of visits, audits and inspections of certifying bodies, government bodies, customers, suppliers and other internal or external interested parties.

Participation in the process of dealing with detected non-conformities, leading and guiding investigations into the causes and preparation, management and execution of action plans with managers and those involved.
