The Future Systems Programme (FSP) is the most complex change to ways of working in Fulton Hogan’s long history, and it requires an agile and responsive Travel Coordinator to support the FSP Team travelling domestically and across the Tasman during the Australian rollout phase of the programme. By supporting travel and logistics administration, this role enables smooth, consistent programme delivery—particularly during high-volume training and rollout phases.

In addition to the above you will:

  • Arrange all elements of domestic and international travel bookings (flights, accommodation, transport)
  • Optimise itineraries for travel efficiency and cost effectiveness
  • Coordinate programme activity logistics including venues, catering and on-site requirements
  • Align scheduling with programme milestones and resource availability
  • Coordinate and manage stakeholder travel priorities (internal team, vendors and third parties)
  • Identify and resolve travel disruptions or scheduling conflicts and ensure contingency plans are in place

At Fulton Hogan, we genuinely care about the wellbeing of our people and giving them the tools and opportunities they need to succeed and grow with us.
