Job Description

Job Responsibilities Prepare architectural shop drawings, detailed drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and construction drawings. Develop and maintain 2D drawings using AutoCAD and 3D architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit. Prepare detailed drawings for floor plans, partitions, ceilings, doors, windows, finishes, and other architectural elements. Coordinate architectural drawings and BIM models with structural and MEP disciplines. Review architectural drawings and specifications to identify discrepancies and coordination issues. Update drawings and models based on consultant comments, design revisions, and site requirements. Assist in preparing as-built drawings and final project documentation. Ensure drawings comply with approved design documents, project specifications, and applicable UAE building requirements. Coordinate with architects, engineers, BIM coordinators, consultants, and site teams. Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and document control in accordance with project procedures. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the UAE/Gulf region. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit . Experience in architectural shop drawings and construction detailing. Knowledge of architectural materials, finishes, and construction methods. Ability to read and interpret architectural design drawings and technical specifications. Experience coordinating with structural and MEP disciplines. Knowledge of BIM standards and clash coordination is an advantage. Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills. Immediate joiners preferred.
