Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Interior Designer
to develop functional, aesthetically pleasing, and practical interior design concepts for residential, commercial, hospitality, and high-rise projects.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and space-planning solutions.
• 
  Prepare detailed
  2D drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring plans, and interior elevations
  .
• 
  Create mood boards, material selections, colour schemes, and design presentations.
• 
  Coordinate interior designs with architectural, structural, MEP, and other project requirements.
• 
  Prepare detailed working drawings and construction documentation.
• 
  Review shop drawings and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• 
  Conduct site visits and ensure design implementation according to approved drawings.
• 
  Select suitable furniture, fixtures, finishes, materials, and decorative elements.
• 
  Prepare BOQs and material specifications when required.
• 
  Make revisions based on client and consultant feedback.
• 
  Ensure designs comply with project specifications, authority requirements, and applicable standards.
• 
  Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of design deliverables.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor's degree/Diploma in
  Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  .
• 
  Minimum
  2–5 years of relevant UAE/GCC experience
  preferred.
• 
  Strong knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, and construction details.
• 
  Proficiency in
  AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, or similar design software
  .
• 
  Experience in preparing detailed interior working and construction drawings.
• 
  Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and interior detailing.
• 
  Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• 
  Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary project team.
• 
  UAE/GCC project experience is an advantage.

Preferred Project Experience

Experience in
high-rise buildings, commercial offices, hotels, residential projects, retail spaces, and hospitality projects
will be an advantage.
