Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven FSE Hiring Lead to manage large-scale, off-roll hiring of Field Sales Executives for Paytm. This role requires strong expertise in bulk hiring, vendor management, and rapid team scaling across multiple geographies. The incumbent will own hiring delivery through external partners and ensure consistent supply of quality frontline sales talent.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end bulk hiring of off-roll Field Sales Executives across PAN IndiaDrive hiring through multiple vendors, staffing agencies, and channel partnersBuild and manage a high-volume hiring engine (walk-ins, field drives, job camps, local activations)Partner with Sales leadership and manpower planning teams to forecast demandEnsure daily/weekly hiring targets are met with speed and qualityMonitor vendor performance, productivity, and cost efficiencyOwn offer rollout, joining conversion, and onboarding coordinationReduce early attrition (first 30–60 days) through better screening and alignmentTrack and publish real-time dashboards on hiring funnel metricsEnsure compliance with off-roll hiring norms, documentation, and audits
Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience in mass hiring (500+ hires/month preferred)Strong background in off-roll / third-party payroll hiring modelsDeep understanding of Field Sales Executive hiring (feet-on-street roles)Expertise in vendor management and performance trackingAbility to operate in a high-pressure, target-driven environmentStrong grip on local hiring markets and blue-collar / entry-level talent poolsExcellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
