Communication with MBM Core

• Receive and manage regular updates on FS products, programs, and new initiatives.
• Act as the communication bridge to ensure accurate and timely sharing of information with internal stakeholders and dealers.
• Review and identify new training requirements from MBM Core; establish and manage Service Level Agreements (SLA) for training execution.

Communication with MB Authorized Partners (Dealers)

• Lead strategic discussions with showroom managers to align FS training priorities with sales performance needs.
• Collect and synthesize field insights and feedback from sales consultants to enhance training content and product understanding.
• Conduct operational discussions with Financial Managers to support seamless FS processes and capability development.

FS Training Content Development

• Develop and update training materials for:
  • FS Product: IR, OL, FL, Loyalty, Retention
  • Credit & underwriting basics
  • Campaigns, programs, and related sales activation
  • Create role-based job profile training (e.g., C-Sales)
  • Build Induction/Basic FS Training for new joiners.
  • Adapt FS training content into GTLS framework for standardized global/local training delivery.

FS Training Delivery

• Deliver training across multiple formats:
  • Central face-to-face (C-Sales, Job profile)
  • Virtual Classroom (VC)

  • On-site dealer visits

• Training target group across the profiles:
  • Sales consultants
  • Financial managers
  • Sales managers
  • MBP sales & operation team
  • MBK internal

• 파이낸셜 매니저(Financial Managers)들과의 운영 논의를 진행하여 원활한 FS 프로세스 및 역량 개발 지원.

FS 교육 콘텐츠 개발

• 다음 항목에 대한 교육 자료 개발 및 업데이트:
  • FS 상품: IR, OL, FL, 로열티(Loyalty), 리텐션(Retention)
  • 신용 및 심사 기초 (Credit & underwriting basics)
  • 캠페인, 프로그램 및 관련 판매 활성화
  • 직무별 프로필 교육 과정 개발 (예: C-Sales)
  • 신규 입사자를 위한 입문(Induction)/기초 FS 교육 구축.
  • 표준화된 글로벌/로컬 교육 제공을 위해 FS 교육 콘텐츠를 GTLS 프레임워크에 맞게 조정.
