Save More Marketplace is seeking a skilled Frozen Food Manager to lead and manage our frozen food department. Since 1959, we have been dedicated to providing our customers with quality products and exceptional service. As the Frozen Food Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the frozen food department, including inventory management, staff supervision, and merchandising. You will ensure that our frozen food products are stocked, rotated properly, and maintained to the highest quality standards to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the frozen food department, including staff supervision and scheduling.
• Monitor inventory levels, ordering products to maintain optimal stock while minimizing waste.
• Ensure proper product rotation and maintain the quality and safety standards of frozen food items.
• Provide training and support to department staff to enhance performance and customer service.
• Develop and implement merchandising plans and promotional strategies to increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department in compliance with health regulations.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to frozen food products.

Requirements

• Previous experience in grocery management, preferably in frozen food or related departments.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and merchandising practices.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
