Front End Loader Commercial Driver
Monroe, Louisiana - Waste Connections
Schedule: 3:30 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday, plus one Saturday per month
Pay: $21–$25 per hour, depending on experience
Waste Connections is hiring a Front End Loader Commercial Driver in Monroe, Louisiana. We’re looking for a dependable driver who values safety, integrity, and strong customer service, qualities that support our mission to be a great place to work and the premier waste services company in the U.S. and Canada.
What You’ll Do
Operate a front‑end loader safely and efficiently
Run assigned routes and complete routine pickups and container exchanges
Add customers or stops to an order and keep accurate route notes
Communicate with dispatch, supervisors, and customers
Perform daily pre‑ and post‑route inspections, including checking fluids, safety equipment, and tires
Follow all company safety standards
What You Need
1+ year of waste industry experience (Front Load, ASL, or Roll‑Off preferred)
OR 3+ years of commercial driving experience
Experience running routes and servicing commercial accounts
Ability to add customers or stops to an order
Valid Class A or B CDL
Clean driving record
Strong focus on safety, reliability, and customer service
Ability to work outdoors and handle physical job demands
