PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the frontline department, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Oversee all cashier transactions, ensuring alignment with our policies and procedures to maintain operational integrity and trust.
Ensure all cashier staff are equipped with the necessary tools and float to deliver seamless service throughout the day.
Assist with end-of-day cash-ups and physical counting to ensure transparency and accuracy.
Review and sign off daily banking of all collected cash, reinforcing our commitment to financial responsibility.
Drive prompt, friendly, and effective service, resolving customer queries with professionalism and empathy.
Ensure all customer-facing areas are clean, tidy, and hygienic at close of business, reflecting our high standards of presentation and care.
Regularly communicate policies, procedures, and best practices to both new and current team members, building a culture of clarity and excellence.
