Your leadership drives a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional service, enabling the team to meet and exceed production targets.

  • Identify issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement across the line.
  • Ensure all operations comply with company policies, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical support, oversee training, and ensure team competency is maintained.
  • Monitor yields, quality parameters, and material usage, making decisions that optimise performance.
  • Verify accurate batch documentation and adherence to approved procedures.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and efficient equipment setups to prevent contamination and downtime.
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and QC to ensure equipment reliability and product quality.
  • Promote a positive, motivated team culture through clear communication and proactive problem‑solving.
  • Suggest and support initiatives that improve safety, efficiency, and cost performance.

Who are we looking for?

  • Able to make sound decisions under pressure and resolve issues quickly
  • Strong understanding of production processes, GMP, and compliance expectations
  • Committed to continuous improvement and adaptable to change
  • An effective communicator who connects well with people at all levels
  • Professional, accountable, and a strong team player
  • Takes ownership of outcomes and inspires others to do the same
  • Available to work 3.00pm–11:20pm
  • Holds a valid driver’s licence
