Position Overview

As a Frontline Vacation Ownership Sales Representative, you'll meet with qualified guests visiting our Cocoa Beach resort, deliver engaging vacation ownership presentations, build value in ownership, overcome objections, and confidently close sales.

You'll join one of the company's top-performing Frontline Sales teams, where exceptional leadership, strong tour flow, and a proven sales culture create an environment built for success.

Qualifications

Required

• Active Florida Real Estate License (or the ability to obtain your Florida Real Estate License within your first 90 days of employment)
• Previous commission-based sales experience
• Strong closing, communication, and presentation skills
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Professional appearance with exceptional customer service
• Ability to work weekends and holidays

Preferred

• Vacation ownership or timeshare sales experience
• Frontline vacation ownership sales experience
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Experience presenting to qualified guests
