What You Will Do

• Design and implement user interfaces using React to create seamless and engaging experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into functional and appealing applications.
• Utilize Figma for prototyping and design handoff, ensuring alignment between design and development.
• Integrate OpenAI technologies to enhance application capabilities and drive intelligent user interactions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high standards of quality and user satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product development and innovation strategies.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2–10 years of experience in frontend engineering, specifically with React.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma for creating intuitive user interfaces.
• Experience integrating AI technologies, particularly OpenAI, into web applications.
• Strong understanding of web development best practices and performance optimization techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in a startup environment.
• Knowledge of backend technologies and APIs to facilitate full-stack development.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, for collaborative coding.

Compensation and Benefits
