As a Frontend UI/UX Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving user interfaces that enhance the usability and effectiveness of digital products. You will collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure that design solutions align with user expectations and product objectives.

• Design and develop responsive, visually appealing frontend interfaces for web-based applications.
• Translate user requirements and business needs into intuitive UI/UX concepts, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with backend developers, AI specialists, and stakeholders to align frontend solutions with technical capabilities.
• Conduct UX reviews and implement iterative improvements based on user feedback and usability insights.
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, performance, and quality across all delivered components.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong frontend development skills with a user-centered design mindset. You should be comfortable working in agile environments, collaborating remotely, and delivering high-quality digital experiences.

• Proficiency in frontend technologies including ReactJS, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience working with component libraries such as Mantine, Material UI, or similar frameworks is a plus.
• Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent platforms.
• Degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Media Informatics, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience or strong interest in AI, automation, or enterprise software environments is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• User-focused mindset with the ability to balance design quality and technical requirements.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently within agile, remote-first teams.
• Fluent communication skills in English and German, both written and spoken.
