FrontEnd Support Engineer (React)

Requirements.
Must Have Experience:

  • +3-4 years experience with React.js (Hooks, State Management, Component Lifecycle)
  • JavaScript / TypeScript
  • HTML5, CSS3
  • Experience debugging complex front-end issues in production environments.
  • Knowledge of Node.js
  • GraphQL
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Background working in Application Support, AMS, or production support models.
  • Jira.

Nice to have:
  • AWS

Responsibilities.
  • Lead the analysis and resolution of complex production incidents, particularly those requiring deep debugging of React components and front-end integrations.
  • Perform end-to-end root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent solutions to prevent recurrence of production issues.
  • Design, estimate, and implement minor enhancements and code changes aligned with application architecture and business requirements.
  • Review, refactor, and optimize existing React codebase to improve maintainability, performance, and reusability.
  • Manage and execute code merges, deployments, and release activities, ensuring compatibility across environments and adherence to SDLC processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, define technical solutions, and estimate effort for backlog items.
  • Ensure application stability and continuous improvement by proactively identifying risks, performance issues, and optimization opportunities.
 
Required Languages.
  • English: Advanced (ability to communicate effectively with US-based stakeholders)
