The Trust and Safety(TnS) platform team is responsible for protecting our users from harmful content and abusive behaviours. With the continuous efforts of our trust and safety platform team, TikTok can provide the best user experience and bring joy to everyone in the world. Our team is responsible for achieving goals by building moderation desktop applications, Low-code engine & platform, and all kinds of supportive platforms across TnS organization.

- Participate in the development of systems and tools for the content safety workflow, helping to build highly available and intelligent content safety processes.
- Design and implement robust safety strategies, driving the automation and intelligent upgrade of content governance.
- Tackle diverse technical challenges across frontend, backend, desktop, and web architectures.
- Collaborate closely with product, algorithm, and operations teams to drive continuous product innovation and implementation.
- Contribute to the development of intelligent agents based on large language models (LLMs), continuously optimizing system performance and user experience.
- Participate in global content governance projects, gaining in-depth understanding of cross-regional and cross-cultural compliance and governance challenges.
