In this role, you’ll join a fast-growing, BaFin-licensed digital financial infrastructure provider building a unified platform for trading, custody, and management of traditional and digital assets. Based in our Warsaw engineering hub, you’ll work in a hybrid setup with regular in-person collaboration, contributing to scalable, high-impact financial systems used by banks, wealth managers, neobrokers, and fintechs across Europe. You’ll have real ownership over your work, helping shape robust products in a professional yet relaxed environment.

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

• Develop and maintain front-end applications across multiple initiatives — internal web apps, public-facing web platforms, and existing Android/iOS mobile apps
• Work within a React and React Native stack, delivering polished user experiences for financial products
• Make sound architectural decisions autonomously while collaborating with experienced colleagues for validation and feedback
• Navigate and improve existing codebases — we need someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, not just greenfield development
• Contribute to the full development lifecycle from feature design through deployment

Deine Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen

• 2-4 years of experience with a solid, demonstrable understanding of React and React Native
• Ability to work autonomously and make informed architectural decisions — this role requires ownership, not hand-holding
• Experience building and shipping both web and mobile applications
• Comfort working with existing codebases — reading, understanding, and improving code others have written
• A problem-solving mindset — you enjoy challenges and aren't discouraged by complexity
• Good communication skills for collaborating with the team and consulting on technical direction

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript in production applications
• Familiarity with state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, MobX, or similar)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for web and mobile deployments
• Prior experience in fintech or other regulated industries
• Experience with app store submission processes (Google Play, App Store)
