As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping exceptional user experiences by crafting intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces.
You'll leverage your skills in JavaScript, React.js, Web Components, and other modern frameworks to bridge design and functionality seamlessly. Working in close partnership with UX/UI designers, product managers, engineering peers, and professional services teams, you'll help create digital solutions that are not only technically sound but also inclusive and engaging for diverse user groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop accessible, high-quality, and reusable UI components that cater to diverse user needs
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure designs are translated into inclusive and responsive frontend solutions
• Contribute to defining and refining complex frontend architectures
• Optimize frontend performance to ensure applications are fast, scalable, and user-friendly
• Maintain high standards through code reviews, unit testing, and adopting best practices
• Stay current with emerging frontend technologies, UX/UI trends, and accessibility guidelines
• Provide mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment

Dein Profil

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on user-centered design
• Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Demonstrable understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and best practices for inclusive design
• Proven experience optimizing frontend performance and building responsive, accessible interfaces
• Previous experience working collaboratively in agile, cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and user-focused approach
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating closely with UX/UI designers and product teams
