What You Will Do
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality frontend features across the web application to enhance user experience for healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex healthcare workflows into clean, accessible user interfaces.
- Partner with backend engineers to integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring seamless data flow throughout the application.
- Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, establishing patterns and best practices as the codebase scales.
- Write well-tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to uphold engineering standards.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and usability issues to improve application efficiency.
- Take ownership of features end-to-end, from scoping and implementation through deployment and iteration.
Ideal Candidate Background
- Proven experience building and shipping production-grade frontend applications, with strong proficiency in modern JavaScript and at least one major frontend framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles, along with experience integrating RESTful or GraphQL APIs into frontend applications.
- Familiarity with frontend testing methodologies and tools, demonstrating strong attention to detail and a user-first mindset.
- Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders, thriving in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
Preferred
- Experience working in healthcare technology or regulated industries, with familiarity in pharmacy operations or clinical workflows.
- Background in building or contributing to design systems or component libraries, enhancing user experience across diverse populations.
Compensation and Benefits
