This role focuses on building, customizing, and enhancing frontend solutions to adapt software products to specific client and business needs. You will work on tailoring existing product interfaces, integrating new features, and ensuring seamless alignment with the overall system architecture. The position involves close collaboration with product, QA, and backend teams to deliver scalable and maintainable customizations. You will also contribute to build and release workflows, ensuring smooth deployment cycles and reliable releases. This is a hands-on engineering role requiring strong JavaScript expertise and a problem-solving mindset. The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, with opportunities to work on diverse customization challenges across different client use cases. Accountabilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain frontend components using JavaScript to meet client-specific and business-specific requirements.
- Modify existing product interfaces and integrate new features while ensuring consistency with the overall system architecture and roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, backend, and support to deliver high-quality customized solutions.
- Participate in build and release processes, working with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Git, Jenkins, npm, and related technologies.
- Write and maintain small Python scripts for automation, data handling, or integration tasks where required.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues to ensure smooth product performance and user experience.
- Document customization processes, technical changes, and workflows to ensure clarity and maintainability.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in JavaScript development for frontend applications, including debugging and maintenance of complex codebases.
- Basic proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, or lightweight backend integration tasks.
- Good understanding of build and release processes, including CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Git, Jenkins, Maven, npm, or Yarn.
- Proven experience in product customization, adapting software solutions to meet client-specific requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with attention to detail in UI/UX behavior and performance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to document technical solutions clearly.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams.
