About the Role
Mahone Bay Pharmasave is currently seeking an engaging and highly motivated Front Store Managerto join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring smooth operations and high customer service standards
- areas of focus for this role will include employee engagement and business growth
- Provide a positive customer experience
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
- Address customer and staff concerns in a professional, solutions-oriented manner
- Assist with cash handling and cashier duties when necessary
- Support in merchandising displays, stock rotation, and inventory checks
- Take initiative to resolve issues and improve store efficiency

Qualifications & Skills
We’re looking for someone who is:
- experienced in retail management and not afraid to use innovative methods.
- Friendly, approachable, and has strong customer service background.
- An excellent communicator and team mentor
- Organized and detail-focused, especially when handling cash or stock
- Able to take initiative and work independently when needed
- Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy retail environment
- Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and use stairs as needed
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Previous retail or merchandising experience is an asset, but not required.
