Job Description

Leidos is seeking an experienced Front Office Program Support Analyst to support a US government customer in Chantilly, VA. To be considered, candidates must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance. Candidates who do not possess this clearance will not be considered. In this role, you will assist the customer leadership in the following activities: deliverable management, tracking and delivery; knowledge management and recordkeeping; scheduling and associated logistics; support for staffing, onboarding, and information system provisioning; You will be embedded with the customer supporting and interfacing with senior executives and other personnel within the customer organization. We are seeking candidates with extensive experience providing outstanding customer support and communication skills while interfacing daily with senior management.

Primary Responsibilities

  • The position requires strong attention to detail, an ability to effectively communicate, and tactfully resolve conflicts when they arise.
  • Coordinate travel and transportation locally, nationwide, and occasionally international for senior executives.
  • Assist senior executives with executing periodic meetings and events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the customer’s mission.

Basic Qualifications

  • Must possess an active TS/SCI with polygraph Candidates who do not currently possess a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance will not be considered.
  • Bachelor's degree (or 4 year additional relevant experience) and 8 years of relevant experience in similar role(s).
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite and other collaboration tools.
  • Possess extensive knowledge tracking multiple initiatives, prioritizing and monitoring tasks, and coordinating solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience staffing correspondence with external entities, such as other office or agencies within the federal government.
  • Knowledge and experience supporting compartmented or Special Access Programs (SAP).

Pay Range:

Pay Range $82,550.00 - $149,225.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
