An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Front Office Supervisor to join the team in Jumeirah Olhahali Island
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
Supervising, training, and motivating front office staff, handling scheduling, and addressing performance issues.
Ensuring high-quality guest interactions, resolving complaints, and maintaining guest satisfaction.
Overseeing check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and coordinating with other departments for smooth operations.
Creating daily/weekly reports on team performance, guest feedback, and operational metrics.
Ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards, while continuously improving processes.
Acting as a liaison between the front office and other departments, holding team briefings, and ensuring effective guest communication.
