Job Description

  • Supervise daily Front Office operations, including check-in/out procedures and guest welcoming, to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Resolve tenant complaints and handle emergency situations occurring in the reception area.
  • Manage the team by establishing duty rosters, conducting briefings, and providing training for new staff.
  • Monitor room status and occupancy forecasts, and ensure strict control of access keys.
  • Maintain resident ledgers and cash handling procedures to prevent financial losses or bad debts.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and Property Management to enhance the overall resident experience.

Requirements:

  • University degree with at least 2 years of Front Office experience and 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Advanced English proficiency with strong professional communication skills.
  • Proficient in Hotel Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
  • Elegant, well-groomed appearance with a polite and sophisticated demeanor.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills.
  • High sense of responsibility and flexibility to adapt to operational change

Working hour 48h/week
