The Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Front Office Supervisors to be the warm, welcoming face of our park. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love making people feel at home, this role was made for you. Your duties will include:

• Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service that leaves guests smiling
• Processing seamless guest check-ins and check-outs
• Accurately utilising the park booking system to manage reservations and accounts
• Coordinating with the Housekeeping team to track accommodation readiness
• Providing guests with helpful information about the property and local areas of interest
• Completing day-to-day office administration with precision and efficiency
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with park teams, residents, and guests
• Supervising front office staff, including training, rostering, and performance monitoring

What We Look For

You're a natural people-person with a passion for hospitality. To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

• Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or a comparable Reservation Booking System
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to handle cash transactions accurately and confidently
• Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
• An enthusiastic, can-do attitude that energises those around you
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as required
• A current driver's licence (essential)
