LONDIS Circular Road Ballina is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Supervisor to join our team. This is a part-time position, working 4 hours per day, 5 days per week
Assist in efficiently and effectively managing cash office operations.
Support the management team in fostering strong teamwork, effective communication, and a positive working environment.
Monitor all front office cash transactions, including float and till procedures, ensuring compliance with company policy.
Keep team members informed of current sales initiatives and promotional offers.
Provide excellent customer service and support the resolution of customer queries in a professional manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
